Recently I had a service order with your company and was attended to by Andrew Ivanic in the North Sydney Service Centre. Andrew was highly diligent in attending to the problems of this job, and communicated clearly with me on his progress. When it became clear that further service on my machine was not viable, Andrew presented clear and flexible options. Andrew’s suggestions were offered without pressure, and at all times I felt that my needs were understood. In the end he up-sold me from the company’s catalogue, but only after giving several alternatives. Andrews clear understanding of my needs, his patience and diligence in dealing with the service problem initially presented engendered trust enough to accept his judgement and happily spend more than I had originally intended. The staff have commented on how polite, thorough and easy going Ashley has been during the notebook phase. Ashley’s patience with them during the phase over, his willingness to sit and step them through the problems, and also allowing the staff to understand the issue at hand. Not only during the phase over to notebook, but thanks and appreciation at all times that Ashley is at Mercy College. I would just like to say what a great course the Mac info session was tonight. Adam was able to communicate easily all the information related to the new Tiger system, and all the associated things with it, and successfully demonstrate it on the large screen with extemely helpful examples. There was in fact probably too much information that was able to be absorbed in one sitting, but it was incredibly beneficial, and it will make using my new Mac a lot quicker, and easier and being able to use it to it's full advantage. Thank you, and I look forward to the next course on the other applications not covered tonight. Rob Molnar
