How to make a claim

1. Provide a police report in the event of loss or theft.
2. Download and complete the claim form here [PDF format 0.5mb].
3. Contact the CompNow store where you purchased your laptop.
4. Pay your relevant excess when you submit your claim form.

Once submitted CompNow will contact you to arrange for the laptop repair or replacement.
