iPod Repair Form

If you are having problems with your iPod and feel it needs to be taken to a service centre, please download and complete the iPod Repair Form and take it to your nearest CompNow Service Centre.

Repair Order Form

If you have an Apple or HP computer in need of service, please download and complete the In-House Service Order Form and take it with your service item to your nearest CompNow Service Centre. Note: this form is not used for iPod repairs, please use the iPod Repair Form for requesting iPod service.

On-Site Job Request

For On-Site Job Requests, we recommend you use our online booking form. This is by far the quickest and easiest way to contact us for on-site service. Or if you'd prefer to fax your details to us, please download the On-Site Job Request form, complete it and fax it to: 03 9682 2902.
