Just a quick note of feedback. I have owned my iMac for just 3 weeks (PC convert) and have attended the Saturday "Intro to Mac" session and now the "Mac OS X Features" session. The sessions to date have been well balanced (in terms of content & depth) and very well delivered by Adam and James. Testament to this endorsement is that fact that I live over near Gisborne and will continue to attend as many of the scheduled sessions as I can. Apple and CompNow have obviously focussed carefully on the whole of 'Customer Experience'. My experience including pre-purchase enquiries, purchase, set-up and training has been second to none.

How fantastic it has been to have the opportunity to attend your free classes. It has been incredibly valuable, and as new Mac users very enlightening and we are now total converts! If you hadn't provided this service we would have likely been frustrated at trying to work things out ourselves and not got the most out of the machine in a quicker time - although there's still heaps we are to learn!

Just letting you know that I attended a training session on Wednesday night. I bought my iMac a few weeks ago, and I hadn't had a chance to go to a class earlier. I have come from a PC and found that I was able to navigate the my iMac quite successfully. But going to the classes showed me some extra things I didn't know. I am looking forward to attend the other classes. I am very happy with my decision to change systems.
