Warranty covers hardware only. Software (except for the media) is not covered by warranty.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Purchase Orders are required for all non-COD customers.
On-site COD Service Requests require payment on completion of work.
Computers Now will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment, accessories or data whatsoever caused. This includes the failure of any device while the equipment is in the care of Computers Now while at the customer premises, in transit or at Computers Now.
