CompNow Protect : How To Make a Claim
To make a claim for damage, loss or theft simply;
- Provide a police report in the event of loss or theft.
- Download and complete the claim form here [PDF format 0.5mb].
- Contact the CompNow store where you purchased your laptop.
- Pay your relevant excess when you submit your claim form.
• Once submitted CompNow will contact you to arrange for the laptop repair or replacement.
• All claims made under the CompNow Protect insurance product are administered by IT Assetcare Pty Ltd (ITAC) on behalf of the insurer.
