What is the battery recall and what should you do?

If your equipment is within the range of products affected, we can arrange your battery for you.

  1. Check your computer on the Apple website (new window)
  2. Contact your nearest CompNow Service centre:

  3. We will confirm your details, and arrange a new battery.
  4. It normally takes around 2 business days for the new battery to arrive.
  5. Please note - you will have to bring in the faulty battery to one of our service centres.

Alternatively, new batteries are available from most of our retail stores.
