It’s time to take a more sustainable approach to your next device refresh with Sustain IT. Watch Compnow’s Microsoft Surface Specialist, Jack Jones explain why completing your device lifecycle is not only simple but also cost effective for your organisation.
At Compnow, we understand that technology evolves rapidly, and most organizations find themselves refreshing or retiring their laptops every 3-4 years. This cycle ensures that your team is equipped with up-to-date devices covered by warranty. However, did you know that your old devices still hold significant value? That’s where our Sustain IT program comes in.
With Sustain IT, we can supplement your refresh budget by buying back your aged fleet of devices. Through a simple and transparent process, we evaluate the devices you’re replacing and offer a buyback price using a generous A-D grading system. This grading takes into account the age, condition, and specifications of your equipment, ensuring you get the best value.
Rest assured, your data security is our top priority. We provide Data Destruction Certificates for each device, guaranteeing that all data is securely erased. Plus, 98% of the equipment we collect is refurbished and repurposed, giving it a new lease on life. The remaining 2% is responsibly recycled, contributing to a more sustainable future.
Premium devices like the Microsoft Surface range tend to retain better value compared to other OEMs. Their high-quality design and strong demand on the second-hand market make them an excellent choice for organizations looking to maximize the return on their old devices.
To assist you in evaluating your next device refresh, Microsoft offers a free online Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) guide. Simply search for “Surface TCO” online to access this helpful tool.
Opting for a sustainable refresh approach not only benefits the environment but also makes financial sense for your organization. By maximizing the value of your existing fleet, you can allocate more budget toward the latest technology without compromising on sustainability.
