With this latest release we see updated powerful internals, a couple of extra ports and a 1080p Full HD with the Windows Studio Effects.
We are really excited for the updated performance of the Studio Laptop 2. You can spec this device up to 13th Gen Intel Processor, Nvidia 4060 Graphics Card and up to 64GB of RAM.
The main difference you will notice with the upgrade is with the processors, going from 4 cores to 14 cores and this includes 6 high performance cores and 8 efficient cores. In your everyday you see faster multitasking, more tabs in your browser and when you do push this device with any high-resolution images or videos you will experience flawless playback.
On the outside we now have a full-size USB-A port now and microSD card slot on top of the existing dual Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports, 3.5mm headphones jack and Surface Connect port. You will also notice a slightly thicker chassis with an Anodised aluminium finish.
You can still expect the same great 14.4 Pixel Sense Flow Display with 120hz refresh rate and the fantastic Surface Precision Haptic Touchpad. The display also supports the laptop, tent and tablet modes with its one of kind display designs.
Finally, you can now get up to 18 hours of battery life from the NVIDIA graphics versions of this device making it a truly all-day usage device. This is enabled by the modern luxuries of AI enhanced noise cancelling and camera effects managed by the VPU to improve your daily video calls and your battery life.
In summary, this laptop is a powerful workhorse for when you need it but also a classy laptop for around the office and in meetings.
