Delivery Methodology
We appreciate that no two installations are alike. Compnow has the skills and experience to manage installations that range from a simple mouse & keyboard installation right up to a complete departmental workstation refresh involving multiple brands, operating systems, and peripherals.
Compnow leverages existing third-party relationships to build out our engineering teams to deliver in the most cost and time efficient manner in areas where Compnow does not have a physical presence.

Project Planning
Gathering of all client requirements, to enable detailed planning of the remaining phases and production of the project schedule.

Monitoring & Control
Regular review of the process to ensure all issues & risks are identified, deploying any correction & mitigation strategies as and where required.

Design
Consisting of 2 parts – logical design & physical design, which will then be signed off by the client before any tasks can commence.

Closure
Ensures all of the project’s milestones are closed off in a controlled manner, including project completion satisfaction from the client.

Implementation
Manage all of the infrastructure installation, configuration & testing tasks. Pilot samples created, followed by Proof of Concept versions before commencing full deployment.

Environmental Management & OHS
Complete site inspections for OHS risk, including secure storage of equipment & any inductions required. Maintain clean & safe work environment, with packaging removal at completion of project.
