The High Sierra macOS Support Essentials 10.13 is a three-day, hands-on course that provides an in-depth exploration of troubleshooting on macOS. This course is designed to give students a tour of the breadth of macOS High Sierra and the best methods for effectively supporting users of macOS systems. The course is a combination of lectures and hands-on exercises that provide real-world experience. You will learn the troubleshooting process and how to use the tools & resources, features & functionality of macOS, including how to find more information and how to prepare for Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification.

Apple Authorised Training – Apple Certified Associate (ACA)
The Mac Integration Basics training course is a half day course with plenty of hands on labs that is designed for technical professionals who want to learn more about integrating a Mac into a Windows or other standards-based environment. The main goal of this course is to introduce technicians to the techniques for using a macOS computer where services such as Windows file sharing, Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory are being used.
macOS Help Desk
This one day course examines the macOS operating system and a number of utilities used to manage macOS computers. It is designed for help desk staff and other support staff who require greater depth of understanding when dealing with issues and when to escalate to qualified technicians. This course is for help-desk staff who are either familiar with Windows operating system support but are new to macOS support OR for macOS users who wish to strengthen their understanding of macOS. It provides essential management strategies for anyone who has to support macOS.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required, prior to the exam. Apple Exams are scheduled by arrangement.Before attending the exam you will need an Apple Certification Record System (ACRS) account. iOS Deployment Essentials (Apple Certified Training)
iOS Deployment Essentials is a two-day course that provides attendees an opportunity to learn about the skills, tools, and knowledge needed to deploy iOS devices. Interactive discussions and hands-on exercises guide attendees through the configuration, management, and supervision of iOS devices. Attendees’ knowledge and skills are tested and reinforced by working through real-world scenarios.
Students will use the Apple Device Enrolment Program (DEP), the Volume Purchasing Program (VPP), and Mobile Device Management during this course, the skills and knowledge learnt will be transferable to third party iOS software administration..
iOS Security and Privacy Workshop
Whether a company is deep into its deployment of iOS or just beginning the journey, security and privacy come up in every deployment conversation. In this four-hour workshop, participants learn about security and privacy technologies that are built into iOS.
Apple School Manager
One day course This practical hands on course will provide the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully implement and operate Apple School Manager. Apple School Manager (ASM) is a web-based portal for IT administrators to manage people, Apple devices, and content all from one place. Apple have recently made large improvements so that Apple School Manager is ready for schools, integrating fully with many mobile device management servers (MDMs). Apple School Manager replaces the Apple Device Enrolment Program (DEP) portal and is only available to education so this course is not suitable for those in the enterprise sector.
Apple Configurator 2
This one day course is designed to show technical staff, managers and teachers how iPads can be deployed and managed within an organisation with Apple Configurator 2. Apple Configurator 2 is very different to its predecessor. This is an in-depth highly practical, hands on course where you will undertake exercises to reinforce the taught theory, use Apple Configurator 2 to set up and manage iPads. You do not need to bring anything; we will provide iPads and Apple Mac computers.
Using Apple’s Classroom.app
Half day course. You will learn how to use classroom.app on iPads, supervised iPads and also managed iPads. Classroom.app turns your iPad into a powerful teaching assistant, helping a teacher guide students through a lesson, see their progress, and keep them on track. With Classroom.app, you can easily launch the same app on every student device at the same time, or launch a different app for each group of students. You will learn how to use classroom.app with stand alone devices, on supervised iPads and also with iPads that are managed. Classroom.app also has use cases for enterprise, for instance with boardroom iPads.
