Information prior to 1st October 2018
DevicEnsure policy holders
- In the event of damage, the equipment should be taken to your nearest CompNow Service Location for inspection and to obtain a quotation for repair. In the event of loss or theft, you will need to provide a police report.
- Contact the CompNow store where you purchased your laptop.
- Relevant excess will apply based on your policy.
CompNow will then be in touch once a replacement or repair has been arranged through the insurance company.
iBroker policy holders
We can facilitate the insurance claim for you. In order to do this we need you to:
- Complete the iBroker insurance claim form
- Bring the device to one of our service centres with the completed claim form
- Pay the excess when you drop the device off
