How long does it take to receive my order?
If you have ordered an upgrade for a computer, or qualify for one of the eligible Apple discount programs (Education / Enterprise / Government), then the computer will be built specifically for your order. This usually takes between 10 to 14 business days, and then shipping times on top of that. However for orders that have no upgrades can occasionally go through quicker than this, around 5 to 7 business days. Or staff will give you an approximate ETA after you order is placed.

 

What are “Eligible Apple Discount Programs” you refer to?
There are many different discount structures and programs that Apple provide to businesses, education institutions and their staff. Computers Now can provide all of the ones listed here. Different terms and conditions apply to each one.

  • Enterprise : for large businesses that have met suitable criteria and have been given Enterprise status by Apple Australia to purchase equipment at a discounted rate through Computers Now.

  • Education : for Education Insitutions and their affiliates that have met suitable criteria and have been given Education status by Apple Australia to purchase equipment at a discounted rate through Computers Now.

  • Government : for Government Departments and their affiliates that have met suitable criteria and have been given Government status by Apple Australia to purchase equipment at a discounted rate through Computers Now.

 

Am I eligible for these discounts?
If you qualify for the above discount programs, and by signing up to the relevant program as directed by your insitution, employer, Apple representative, or Computers Now reresentative, and by also meeting and agreeing to the relevant Terms and Conditions you will be eligible for the appropriate discount. Please note – conditions and pricing for these programs can change at anytime, and may not be instantly reflected in all aspects of this website. If you are in doubt – please contact us.

 

How do I shop using the discounts?
When you sign-up a new account on the CompNow Online Store, your account will be verified (usually 1-2 business days), and your login will then be assigned to a different discount level according to eligibility. You simply follow the purchasing process and place an order. If you do not login to your account, the website will only ever show standard RRP (non-discounted) pricing.

 

Can I shop on this website if I am not eligible for one of the Apple discount programs?
Yes. You simply create and account and following the normal purchasing process.

 

Can I pickup my order from one of your locations?
We prefer for orders placed through the online store to be shipped directly to you.

 

Can I pay via Direct Deposit?
Yes you can. If you would like to take advantage of this, just select ‘EFT Bank Deposit’ as the payment option when proceeding through the checkout. Mention in the notes you would like to pay via direct debt, and you will receive the banking details once the order has been processed. This way we can ensure everything you have asked for is available at the correct price prior to you sending a payment.

 

Can I pay using finance?
Yes you can choose that as an option. Contact us for more information.

 

Is everything in stock?
Most items we list are in stock. However, if you have ordered an upgrade for a computer, or qualify for one of the eligible Apple discount programs (Mac@Work / Education / Enterprise / Broadcast), then the computer will be built specifically for your order. This usually takes 10 business days. Obviously there will be times when a product is out of stock and there will be a delay in dispatching. Usually we can obtain replacement stock from our suppliers within 2-3 days, but occasionally they too are out of stock. If you would like to confirm availability of a product, please contact us.
