Woolworths’ Employee Competition — Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Woolworths Group Limited (ABN 88 000 014 675), with its registered office at 1 Woolworths Way, Bella Vista NSW 2153.
2. Eligibility
   • Entry is open to current employees of Woolworths Group Limited who are residents of Australia and aged 18 years or over.
   • Directors, contractors, and immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
   • This promotion is not open to the general public.
   • To be eligible to win, you must enter with a Woolworths email address

3. Entry Period
   The promotion commences on 28 July 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 6 August 2026.

4. How to Enter
   • Eligible employees may enter by completing the designated internal form at https://www.compnow.com.au/woolworths-2026/ during the promotional period.
   • Entry is free, and only one entry per person is permitted.
   • Entries that are incomplete or submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

5. Draw Details
   • The draw will take place at 11am on 7 August 2026 at Compnow Head office, 352 Ferntree Gully Rd, Notting Hill VIC 3168.
   • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received.
   • The draw will be conducted in the presence of at least one independent witness.

6. Prize
   • The winner will receive an Apple iPhone Air valued at $1,400 RRP.
   • The total prize value is under $2,000 (including GST).
   • The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

7. Winner Notification
   • The winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the draw.
   • The winner’s name may be also be announced internally published internally to Woolworths employees via the company intranet.
8. Unclaimed Prize

If the prize remains unclaimed 30 days after notification, Woolworths may conduct a redraw using the same random selection method.

9. General Conditions
   • Woolworths’ decision regarding all aspects of this promotion is final and binding.
   • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
   • Woolworths reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion if circumstances beyond its control arise.
   • Any tax implications for the winner are their responsibility.
   • Woolworths will collect and handle personal information strictly for the purposes of administering this promotion, in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

10. Record Keeping
    Woolworths will retain records of the competition and prize distribution for the minimum required periods under relevant state and territory laws.
