At Compnow, we’re committed to helping organisations reimagine collaboration for the hybrid workplace. Hybrid meetings work best when everyone, whether in the room or dialling in, feels equally seen, heard, and involved. Logitech understands this challenge and solves it with Rally Bar and Sight, which work in tandem to create an intelligent multi-camera setup that dynamically adapts to your meeting in real time.
At the core of this setup is Smart Switching, powered by Logitech’s RightSight 2 technology. This feature intelligently toggles between the front-of-room Rally Bar camera and the tabletop Sight camera, based on where participants are speaking and facing. The result? A seamless visual flow that brings remote attendees closer to the conversation – as if they’re seated at the same table.
To further enhance inclusivity and focus, Logitech offers three intelligent framing modes:
Grid View (Remote Mode): Provides a wide-angle view of the entire room, giving remote participants a clear understanding of group dynamics.
Active Speaker Mode: Uses AI and voice tracking to focus on whoever is speaking, switching between cameras to reflect natural conversation flow.
Composite Mode: Combines a wide-angle room shot with a close-up of the active speaker, balancing situational awareness with personal engagement.
These features are designed to make hybrid meetings feel less like video calls and more like being in the room.
Of course, visual fidelity is only half the equation. Logitech Sight includes a seven-microphone beamforming array that captures voices clearly from around the table. For larger spaces, you can expand coverage using Rally Mic Pods, ensuring that everyone is heard, no matter where they sit.
Privacy and simplicity are at the heart of Logitech’s design. Sight includes a physical privacy shutter and LED indicators to signal device status. It even detects when only one person is in the room and can disable automatically to preserve privacy.
From an IT perspective, deployment is effortless. Rally Bar and Sight integrate seamlessly with the broader Logitech Video Collaboration Ecosystem, including Rally Bar Mini and Logitech Tap. The entire system is plug-and-play, centrally managed via Logitech Sync, and scalable for organisations of any size.
Whether you’re hosting a boardroom strategy session or a collaborative workshop, the Rally Bar and Sight combination transforms Microsoft Teams Rooms into immersive environments that support smarter, more connected hybrid meetings.
